The App only helps you record and organize daily cat information so you can review or share original records.

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App is error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure, and we are not responsible for losses arising from use of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use or inability to use the App
• Data loss (please use the export feature regularly to back up your data)
